In the second week of this month OnePlus released the first update for the OnePlus 10T 5G smartphone, now the brand has recently released yet another new software update for the device in India. As per the information, the OnePlus 10T 5G is getting OxygenOS 12.1 A.06 update which includes some performance-related improvements and fixes.

As per the changelog details, the OxygenOS 12.1 A.06 software update optimizes font display, stability for background apps, and also fixes bugs related to fingerprint unlocking. However, this latest OxygenOS update does not bring the Android security patch.
Talking about the update, the latest update for the OnePlus 10T also comes with some camera tweaks. This update optimizes how photos are displayed and fix an issue that causes the camera to crash in specific scenarios while shooting in ultra-wide lens and in portrait mode. Below are the full changes in the new software update.

- Improves system stability and fluency.
- Optimizes the stability of background applications.
- Optimizes the screen display.
- Optimizes the OTG compatibility.
- Optimizes the fingerprint recognition algorithm and improves the fingerprint unlocking experience.
Camera
- Optimizes the shooting effect of portrait mode.
- Optimizes the shooting effect of the ultra-wide lens.
- Optimizes the effect of AI Retouch when using the front camera.
Others
- Fixes the occasional issue of Supervooc charging abnormal recognization.
This is an OTA update and will be rolled out gradually, so check your phone for updated notifications. There are plans to release this new update widely in the near future. OnePlus recommends charging your device at least 30% and freeing up at least 5GB of internal storage before upgrading.
