UPDATE 13: June 19 (23:19 ET) – Gets OxygenOS C.21 update with some bug fixes
OnePlus started rolling out the OxygenOS C.21 update based on Android 12 for the OnePlus 8, 8 Pro, and 8T smartphone users in India. The update fixes abnormally placed screens in certain scenarios after locking, gesture operations, and Ultra Steady issues. It could also be a general device stability improvement and several new enhancements.

UPDATE 12: May 27 (00:08 ET) – Gets OxygenOS C.20 update with May 2022 security patch
OnePlus started rolling out the latest Android security update for its smartphones. Now, OnePlus 8, 8 Pro, and 8T device users in India are getting the all-new May 2022 security patch.
This latest update fixed various security and privacy-related vulnerabilities from OnePlus and Google, including some critical, some high, and sometimes moderate levels of CVEs. The update protects the smartphone from viruses and harmful actions.

OnePlus released a new OxygenOS update to the OnePlus 8, 8 Pro and 8T smartphones. It’s a minor update that fixes bugs and refines the overall software experience.
The latest release optimizes charging speed, improves the calling experience, and fixes a bug related to Face Unlock. Although not mentioned in the official changelog, the update also bumps the security patch level to March 2022.

Known issues
- The clock displays smaller. You can try to adjust it manually or delete it and add the clock widget again
- Phone application may be replaced by Contacts in Dock. You can adjust it manually to move Phone application in the right place
NOTE:
This build is now rolling out to OBT (Open Beta) users, and will soon roll out to stable branch users. The build for EU users requires additional validation steps, but it will be released as soon as possible.
