After announcing the Android 11-based OxygenOS 11 public beta program for the global users, the company has now officially announced the Android 11-based HydrogenOS public beta update for OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro users in China.
According to the changelog, this update brings System Optimization, which includes a call interface and improved system stability.

From the stable version of OnePlus 8 /8 Pro to the public beta version of Android 11 tutorial:
1. Before upgrading, it is recommended to take back up of your mobile phone data.
2. Download the latest ROM upgrade compressed package from the above links
3. Copy the ROM upgrade compressed package to the phone storage
4. Settings -> System upgrade -> Gear icon in the upper right corner -> Local upgrade -> Click on the corresponding installation package -> Upgrade now -> System upgrade completed to 100%
5. Select restart
6. After restarting, successfully upgrade the Android 11 public beta version
