OnePlus has now started the Android 14-based OxygenOS 14 closed beta testing for the OnePlus 8T and OnePlus 9R smartphones. You can read the important details below.
A total of 400 members can apply for the closed OxygenOS 14 beta testing on the OnePlus 8T and 9R, 200 each. If you are running the OxygenOS on the OnePlus 8T or OnePlus 9R device in India and love testing new software, now is the time to join the closed Android 14 beta program.
JOIN OXYGENOS ON TELEGRAM
For this program, OnePlus will invite 200 people who meet the requirements with a OnePlus 8T IN device to attend this Closed Beta Program.
Remember, this program will sometimes require flashing builds that require a clean flash, which means it will cause data loss. So it is highly recommended that you remember to save all your data all the time. The CBT version is not considered a stable build and is still in development.
To be eligible, you need to meet the requirements below:
- You are using a OnePlus 8T India variant
- You are an active OnePlus Community member
- You are willing to regularly communicate and report issues/suggestions to the OnePlus team via the Feedback APP
- You are willing to join our CBT Telegram group to communicate with the OnePlus team and other users actively and friendly
- For confidentiality, participants are not allowed to secretly share the CBT installation package or any content related to the internal beta with people outside the project team.
Known issues:
- The corresponding online ringtones are not displayed on the Contact page.
- The screen might flash when clicking to open the Weather card on the Shelf.
- Stuttering issue when switching on the “Hide gesture guide bar” without transition animation.
