OnePlus 11 is the first device to test the OxygenOS 14 beta with amazing features and battery improvements. And it looks like, the major software upgrade will significantly improve the battery life for OnePlus phones.
Recently, the famous technology nomad – TechiBee has been testing the OxygenOS 14 closed beta firmware on the OnePlus 11 and acknowledged that the device has gained excellent battery optimizations. Adding more details, the tipster said that the phone has shown 0% idle drain in 8 hours of usage.
In other words, the handset has been working perfectly fine even when the AOD was enabled and Wi-Fi remained active. This is no less than a surprise as often users come across battery-draining issues while using Always-On Display features and Wi-Fi connection.
The tipster further shared a screenshot of the battery usage page to show the accurate outcome on this matter. You can have a look at the snap below.
Perhaps, this is great news for OnePlus users who have been eagerly awaiting improvements in the battery segment. With OxygenOS 14, users can expect to enjoy longer battery life, which will undoubtedly enhance their overall user experience.
It’s good to see that the beta builds are showing excellent treatments for OnePlus devices. However, we hope that we will find the same for other eligible handsets in the stable version as well.
