A few months ago, OnePlus Nord was launched as the first mid-range smartphone of OnePlus. As compared to the company’s flagship smartphones, this device also has some great features and was praised for this in the smartphone market.
Meanwhile, now some OnePlus Nord users are experiencing a freezing issue while playing the popular Among Us game.
Multiple reports on the community forum reveal that OnePlus Nord users complaining that the Among Us game starts normally but after a few seconds, sometimes it even crashes or disconnected. The game throws an error that says sent 6 pings the server did not respond to.

Meanwhile, the report has been received by the company and an OnePlus staff member stated that their developer team has started working on it. Hope they will soon fix the issue.
“We have made a note of this and our developer team is currently working on this. We will keep you posted regarding the further updates. We appreciate your support and patience in this regard.” Said OnePlus Staff Member
The reason behind this error is still unclear. There are many Among Us players who are reporting about the freezing issue and are asking for a fix update. Hopefully, the company will soon roll out a fix with an OTA.

- Turn off your phone
- Press the power button and volume button down
- Unlock your device
- Find Wipe Cache and wipe it
- Restart your phone and go immediately play the game
(It usually gets an error on the first try but will work later.)
