OnePlus has initiated the OxygenOS 14 beta for top-tier devices and is testing Android 14-based features. No doubt, the company will shape its upcoming OS with impressive and prominent capabilities. But apart from new enhancements, OnePlus users hope that they will experience seamless updates with OxygenOS 14.
Let us tell you that “seamless updates” is a praiseworthy feature that saves time by installing new firmware while letting you use the phone. Currently, almost every OnePlus smartphone lacks this facility due to which, you need to stop using your device for at least 15-20 mins during the installation.
So far, Google made it mandatory for OEMs to enable seamless update functionality for devices launching with Android 13 OS. But somehow, OnePlus still lacks this beneficial feature. Perhaps, we expect that the tech giant will bring the ‘seamless updates’ change on board with the OnePlus OxygenOS 14 upgrade.
