Xiaomi has started serving the refinements and fixes of the September 2023 security update for POCO M6 Pro 5G smartphone users. The patch is currently rolling out in Taiwan and will expand to more region users in the coming days or weeks.
As per the details, the September 2023 update has arrived with the MIUI build version V14.0.2.0.TMWTWXM and the consumers of POCO M6 Pro 5G will further need to download a 4.2GB package size.
This all-new security patch will improve the core mechanism of your device and provide increased security for the system, ensuring that confidential data and sensitive information remain safe and secure. It will also resolve various bugs and issues, to reduce the risk of crashes and data loss.
Also, it’s an incremental rollout, and the update is released gradually, it will take a little sum of time to get available for every eligible unit. In this case, you can download the update manually through Settings > About Phone > System Updates > MIUI Version > Download & Install.
