Poco promised Android 11 update for the Poco X2 smartphone 3 months ago, users still waiting

In July, Poco officially announced to release the Android 11 update soon for the Poco X2. Users of this device are still waiting for the Android 11 update while the announcement has been completed three months.

Some Xiaomi devices have already received the Android 11 update. Although it is unclear that the OEM is proceeding with the development of Poco X2. Recently, Redmi K30 Pro and Mi 10 received the Android 11 update in China while the Mi 10 Pro has also got the same update for global variants.

In September, the announcement post suggested that the Android 11-based MIUI 12 update might be under internal testing for the Chinese variants of Poco X2, the Xiaomi Redmi K30. It has been three months since the officially announced but not much development has come to light for this update.

Users of the Poco X2 will have to wait for the official announcement of the Android 11 update. In August, it also received the Android 10-based MIUI 12 update. The company may soon release an Android 11 update for this device.
