Realme GT 5G starts getting first software update with new features and fixes
On March 4, 2021, Realme launched its first flagship smartphone of the year, Realme GT 5G in China. The phone comes with new features, a new camera setup, a big battery, Android 11 based on Realme UI 2.0, and more.
Talking about its key features, it offers a 6.43-inch S-AMOLED E4 display with a punch-hole design, Snapdragon 888 processor, 5G support, 64MP triple main camera, 16MP selfie camera, 4500 mAh battery, 65W fast charging, and more.
Now, the company is rolling out the first software update for Realme GT 5G users. This update comes with some new features, fixes, and optimization. It adds the function which can automatically increase the sampling rate of the screen touch in-game scenes to 360Hz.

In addition to this, it optimizes the volume adjustment curve of the Bluetooth headset, the clarity of WeChat/QQ video calls, and the sensitivity of the return gesture.
It also fixes issues relates to the sidebar of the game assistant, the problem of probabilistic lag in the drop-down status bar after setting the live wallpaper, and more. Below you can check the official changelog and updated version of this update.

How to update:
- Open device’s Settings
- Scroll down and select Software updates
- Click the Download and install option.
