Xiaomi‘s security update includes several improvements and bug fixes that are rolled out along with the security improvements. Now, the company started releasing new software for Redmi K20 Pro devices in India. The new firmware update carries build number V12.0.6.0.QFKINXM and focuses on system security improvements.

Other than the security patch, the below-linked changelog does not mention anything else to be added. The update will just take your (around) 2.0GB of data. As per Xiaomi, the June 2021 update for Xiaomi devices fixes various bugs and different levels of CVEs.
It is worth mentioning that the update is currently rolling out in batches and will take some time to reach your device.
