Xiaomi is expanding a new software update for Redmi Note 10 Pro users in China. The new update improves the system security and stability as well as optimizes system performance.
The new update comes with the firmware version V12.5.6.0.RKPCNXM and users will have to download a 3.3GB software package to install the update. You can download the update from the link mentioned below.

Xiaomi pushed a new software update to Redmi Note 10 Pro users in the global market, which brings some improvements and fixes to enhance the system performance.
According to the update log, the new Redmi Note 10 Pro update also optimizes system performance and improves system stability. However, there is no security patch has been detected in this software update as the changelog mentions. It brings optimizations, system stability, and other fixes.

In addition, it fixes the lock screen notification animations froze issue after the device was unlocked using face data and notification flash problem in barely some cases. Though, the changelog does not show any other details or added new features apart from the security improvements in Redmi Note 10 Pro.
It should be mentioned that the firmware is currently only accessible for Mi Pilot testers. It may be rolled out widely after ensuring that there are no critical bugs and the software is stable.
The new update comes with the MIUI 12.5 version V12.5.4.0.RKFMIXM, which is based on Android 11 and weighs 1GB. It is important to note that the update is currently rolling out in batches and may take time to reach your device.
