Xiaomi started dispatching a new MIUI update for the Redmi Note 10S devices, which installs the latest July 2023 Android security patch. This new update aims to boost the performance of the system and provides increased security for the system, ensuring that confidential data and sensitive information remain safe and secure.
The patch helps to fix some bugs and glitches that may have been discovered in the system, reducing the risk of system crashes and data loss. Hence, it’s recommended to install the patch for a protected interpretation of the system. However, the July 2023 security patch for Redmi Note 10S is currently rolling out in India and will soon expand for users.
Simultaneously, the consumers of the corresponding model will be able to identify the patch via the MIUI build version V14.4.0.TKLINXM and need to install a 130MB package size.
How to download the patch
- Open the Settings app
- Tap on About Phone
- Click on System Updates
- Press MIUI version
- Hit Download & Install
