Xiaomi has begun seeding the eligible devices with the September 2023 security update. On the other side, the firm is also dispatching the refinements and fixes of the August 2023 security patch for the remaining market owners of Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G.
Going toward the details, the August 2023 security patch for the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G devices is currently rolling out in Turkey, Taiwan, and Russia with the MIUI build version V14.0.3.0.TKTTRXM, V14.0.4.0.TKTTWXM and V14.0.3.0.TKTRUXM respectively. In addition, it carries a 3.9GB package size.
Accordingly, the update is rolling out through the OTA method, thus it may take some time to reach you, In this case, you can check and install the update manually.
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on the About Phone option.
- Press the System Updates tab.
- Click on the MIUI version.
- Now, wait till the system fetches a new version.
- Once found, hit the Download & Install tab.
