Xiaomi is dispatching the enhancements and fixes of the August 2023 Android security update for the Redmi Note 12 5G smartphones in India. However, the patch was initially released in the Global region and will expand to more market users in the coming days or weeks.
Going toward the details, the owners of Redmi Note 12 5G will be able to identify the August 2023 update via the MIUI build version V14.0.3.0.TMQINXM in India. Simultaneously, the refinements of the firmware are included in a 314MB package size.
Being a regular monthly patch, the update will work to rectify common bugs and glitches in the system and offer improved protection against harmful threats, viruses, and other safety-related assaults. Not only this, but users will also notice booted performance and an optimized user experience, after installing the latest patch.
