After the initial rollout in Europe, Xiaomi is now rolling out the April 2023 firmware update for users of Redmi Note 12 4G NFC. This new update will enhance the safety of your device and make it more secure and reliable for a better user experience and proper functioning of the smartphone.
As per the details, the users of Redmi Note 12 4G NFC are now collecting this April 2023 firmware update in Indonesia with MIUI build version V14.0.2.0.TMGIDXM. Additionally, the advancements and fixes of the patch are included in a download package size of around 4.4 gigabytes.
Moving on, the particular security patch offers improved protection against harmful threats, viruses, and other vulnerabilities. It will provide increased security for the system and ensure that confidential data and sensitive information remain safe and secure in order to boost the overall running of the device.
The patch also helps to resolve bugs and glitches that may have been discovered in the system, and that were ruining the user’s experience for reducing the risk of system crashes and data loss. Other than these improvements, there is no new feature or major changes noticed in the changelog.

How to Update manually
Therefore, you too have the option to install the update manually, to do so. Open the Settings of your phone and tap on the About phone option. Here, tap on the System and Update menu, and press the MIUI version. Let the system fetch the latest version for you, once its’ done hit the Download button and Install the update.
