Xiaomi is rolling out the May 2023 Android security update for the Redmi Note 12 Pro and Note 12 Pro+ 5G smartphone users in India. The latest firmware will improve the core mechanism of the newly launched devices and make them more stable and reliable for a better and uplifted user experience.
As per the information, the owners of the Redmi Note 12 Pro and Note 12 Pro+ 5G will be able to determine the May 2023 update via the MIUI build version V14.0.3.0.SMOINXM. Simultaneously, the fixes and optimizations of the firmware are included in a massive installation package of around 4.2 gigabytes.
It’s a regular monthly patch that aims to protect the device from harmful threats and resolve some common bugs and glitches that may have been discovered in the system, reducing the risk of system crashes and data loss. So that users can operate their handy gadgets seamlessly and without any disruption.
Additionally, the firmware also provides increased security for the system, ensuring that confidential data and sensitive information remain safe and secure. Also, the update is currently rolling out in India, and the company will expand the reach of the patch to more users in the coming days or weeks.
