After rolling out in various countries, the August 2023 update for the Redmi Note 12 Pro devices has now landed in Europe. The latest patch will provide increased security and boosted performance for the system, ensuring that confidential data and sensitive information remain safe and secure.
It will further optimize the performance of the device and sweeten its stability by improving the core mechanism. Users of Redmi Note 12 Pro living in Europe will be able to identify the August 2023 update via the MIUI build version V14.0.4.0.TMOEUXM.
In addition, the patch carries a 4.5GB package size and offers improved protection against harmful threats, viruses, and other safety-related assaults. Accordingly, it also helps to fix some common bugs and glitches that may have been discovered in the system, reducing the risk of system crashes and data loss.
As usual, it’s an incremental rollout, thus it may take some time to cover all the eligible units. For immediate access, you can perform the manual installation method. To do so, open Settings > tap on About phone > click on the MIUI version, and Check for updates > press the download & Install.
