Xiaomi is releasing a new MIUI update for the Global users of Redmi Note 12 Pro, which brings the latest July 2023 Android security patch. Installing the patch will help to ensure that the system is up to date-and protected with the most recent security protocols and technology advancements.
Going toward the details, the owner of Redmi Note 12 Pro will be able to identify the July 2023 security update via the MIUI build version V14.0.1.0.THGMIXM and need to download a 3.7GB package size in the Global market.
However, the update is released gradually and will be available for all the eligible units in the country soon. In case you don’t want to wait for the OTA, then install the patch manually. To do so, visit Settings > About Phone > System Update > MIUI Version > Download & Install.
