So far, Samsung‘s every eligible flagship smartphone and tablet have started getting the Android 11 and One UI 3.0/One UI 3.1 software update. Not only flagships, some budget phones like the Galaxy M31, F41, and M21 have also got the One UI 3.0 Core version in India.
As per the official update roadmap, Samsung is expected to release One UI 3.0 and Android 11 software to every eligible device by the second quarter of this year. Aside from the major upgrade, Samsung also rolls out regular security updates to numerous eligible phones/tablets/wearables.

Recently, we’ve reported the details of Samsung’s February 2021 security update. In addition, the company has also revised the list of smartphones and tablets that are eligible to get monthly and quarterly security patch updates. You can also check the revised list of compatible devices below.

- Samsung Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra added to the monthly update schedule.
- Samsung removed Galaxy Fold 5G from security updates. [Update: Again added]
- Samsung Galaxy A02 will grab quartery updates.
- Samsung Galaxy A8 will not get monthly security updates.
- Samsung Galaxy A8s will receive occasional updates.
- Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A3 (2017) will not get any new software update.
