Starting Galaxy S21 series last week, Samsung’s September 2022 Android security patch has reached a bunch of Galaxy smartphones so far. Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A33 are becoming the latest phones to grab the September 2022 update.
According to the new information, Samsung is releasing the Galaxy A52 September 2022 update in Brazil and it can be identified via the One UI build version A526BXXS1CVH7 and can be installed in 230MB.

On the other hand, the Galaxy A33’s September patch update is rolling out in Malaysia at this moment. This update comes with the firmware version A336EDXU4AVH9 and a heavy update package size of 762MB.
It should be mentioned that both devices are not getting any major software changes. These updates only install improvements for system security in order to protect your phone from bugs and viruses and keep your files safe.
Meanwhile, enhancing the system stability is also a primary work of this update. It ensures that you won’t face any problems like crashing and lagging so that you can use your device seamlessly.

Aside from this, the September patch for Galaxy A33 also comes with upgrades for a bunch of stock apps. As soon as update your phone, all these applications will also be upgraded to their latest versions. However, what changes are coming is not mentioned in the changelog.
To be noted, the list of applications includes Galaxy Wearables, Samsung Global Goals, Samsung Notes, Samsung Internet, Samsung Health, SmartThings, Samsung Members, Calculator, Smart Switch, and Voice Recorder.

Samsung also mentions fixes for over two dozen privacy and security-related issues and vulnerabilities fix on its September 2022 patch details. These include 21 high levels and 3 moderate levels of CVEs from Google and 29 One UI SVE items.
