According to the Samsung Members app, the Galaxy A70 will get the One UI 2.0 with Android 10 in June 2020. It is already May 30, hopefully, there will be a software update this time.

Samsung has started rolling out the Android 10 and One UI 2.0 update for the Galaxy A70 smartphone. The update with software version A705FNXXU5BTC2 is rolling out in Ukraine. It comes with the February 2020 security patch. It brings many new features and improvements to the Galaxy A70. Check the One UI 3.0 eligible device list.
If you want to check for the update manually, just head into the device Settings, tap on the Software update and go for Download and install option.
