Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series is the latest Note lineup that was launched back in 2020 with a bunch of premium features. This will remain to be the latest Note lineup this year too as the company does not have any plan to launch the Galaxy Note 21 series.
As they are flagship phones, the company is giving special attention to them in the initial year after the launch by sending regular updates for optimizations and added new features. While these phones have received the latest Android 11-based One UI 3.0 back in December 2020 along with the Galaxy S20 series.
Further, the company has also rolled out the latest One UI 3.1 version for these phones which brings some added features and optimizations. And now as per the latest information, the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra are now getting a new update in South Korea which brings new camera features alongside the March 2021 security patch.

The new firmware brings new photo effects in the Portrait mode for both front and rear cameras and the Pro mode now gets support for the Ultra-wide angle camera. Moreover, you can now use the auto-detection feature in low light conditions with rear hyperlapse mode.
Apart from these camera changes, the firmware only installs the latest security to the device for improved system security and device stability. It is important to note that this update is currently rolling out in batches, so it may take some time to reach your device.
Since it’s an initial rollout and it may take some time to reach each and every Note 20 device. Meanwhile, the users can also try and check for the updates manually by going through Settings >> Software updates >> then click on Download and install.
