Samsung started dispatching a new One UI update for the Galaxy Note 20 smartphones, which installs the latest July 2023 Android security patch. The rollout of the July month’s firmware was begun with the S23 series and has reached dozens of Galaxy devices so far.
This all-new security update didn’t bring any new features or major changes to your handy gadgets, but it assures to keep them safe and secure. It further mentions fixes for over 90 exploits and vulnerabilities from Google and Samsung to maintain the utmost protection.
Consumers of Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will be able to identify the July 2023 security patch via the One UI build version N985FXXS7HWG2.
Furthermore, it’s an initial rollout and the patch is currently live in some Latin American countries, including Argentina, Bolivia, and Peru. You can access it via Settings > Software Updates > Download & Install.
