Samsung Galaxy Note 9 gets March 2020 security patch

Samsung has already rolled out the March 2020 security patch to the Galaxy S20 series, Galaxy S10 series, and Note 10 series. The company has now started rolling out the March security patch to the Galaxy Note 9.

The security update is currently rolling out in Germany and has a software version N960FXXS5DTB6. The size of this update is nearly 125MB.

According to Samsung security patch details, the latest security patch brings fixes for 1 critical issue, 19 high risks, and 3 moderate risks. Along with Google security patches, Samsung provides 25 Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVE) items, in order to improve customer’s confidence in the security of Samsung Mobile devices.

If you want to check for the update manually, just head into the device Settings then tap on the Software update menu and go for the Download and install option.
