Samsung Galaxy S20 FE consumers are now receiving the June 2023 Android security update on the T-Mobile network in the US. The particular patch is already live for some other US carriers and international models, therefore, the remaining will also collect the patch soon.
As per the information, T-Mobile is releasing the June 2023 security update for Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G customers with One UI build version G781USQSBHWF3. Simultaneously, the fixes and optimizations of the patch are collected in an installation package of 286.87MB.
Moving on, the latest update aims to address a total of 53 flaws and exploits including 50 common vulnerability exposures and 3 Samsung vulnerability exposures for a more protected and relevant user experience. Consumers may also encounter upgraded functioning of some applications.
Additionally, the patch helps to fix some common bugs and glitches that may have been discovered in the system, reducing the risk of system crashes and data loss. It also provides increased security for the system, ensuring that confidential data and sensitive information remain safe and secure.
Other than these common enhancements there is nothing major noticed in the changelog. But we suggest the corresponding device users to upgrade their Fan Ediroion model to the latest version, in order to keep it up to date with the most recent security protocols and refinements.
Therefore, if you are operating a locked Galaxy S20 FE 5G model on the T-Mobile network, then you must have received the notification of the patch. In case it didn’t reach you yet, then try to check and install the update manually via Settings > Software Update > Download & Install.
