Following the changelog, this update includes the April 2022 security patch that fixes over 88 CVEs found in the latest software system of Samsung and Google. Further, it may also include bug fixes and some minor features we can experience after the installation of the update.
As usual, this update is rolling out in batches and may take some time to reach you. Also, if you have missed the OTA notification then don’t worry, check the update manually by following the below updates.
How to check for updates manually:
- Open the Settings
- Tao on Software Update
- Tap on check for updates
- Wait for a while, let the phone fetch the latest update for you
- Tap on download and install
To be noted:
Although the update won’t erase your personal data, we recommend you make a backup copy of your important data to prevent data. Keep the phone’s battery charged at least 30% or above as well as maintain a sufficient amount of storage.
