According to the latest information, Samsung Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra are now getting the latest February 2021 security update in Hong Kong. This update also comes with performance improvements, bug fixes, camera enhancements, and more.
If you’ve owned one of the premium smartphones of the Galaxy S21 series, then check for the latest software update manually by jumping towards device Settings then select the Software updates menu and finally hit on Download and install button.

For the consumers of the Hong Kong region, this update can be identified via build versions: G9980ZHU1AUAE, G9960ZHU1AUAE, and G9981ZHU1AUAE for the Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 respectively. After Hong Kong, it will soon be available in other countries in the coming days.
