On January 14, 2021, Samsung launched the latest Galaxy S21 series smartphones at the virtual Galaxy Unpacked event. The Galaxy S21 series includes three premium smartphones – Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra which comes with slightly different hardware capabilities.
The company has already started taking pre-orders for these devices at the same time of launch. Furthermore, the Galaxy S21 series models will be shipped from January 29, 2021, to the users who have pre-ordered one of these flagships.
According to the official information, Samsung Galaxy S21 models have started getting their first firmware update which brings several system function improvements and the latest Android patches released in January 2021. The South Korean tech giant has not informed when the One UI 3.1 software will be available for its other eligible smartphones. We can expect that the Android 11-based One UI 3.1 will be a minor improved version over One UI 3.0.
