After becoming available in Korea and the US, the June 2024 security patch for the Galaxy S24 series has now reached Europe. However, the tech giant will not let remaining region users wait for too long to acquire the firmware.
The June 2024 update for the Galaxy S24, S24 Plus, and S24 Ultra introduces a range of enhancements aimed at improving user experience. This update includes performance optimizations, security patches, and bug fixes to elevate the device’s functioning.
The patch also addresses 59 vulnerability exposures including 33 CVEs and 22 SVEs that relate to bootloader, battery stats service, grid image display, Samsung dialer app, smart manager, and more. Users can check the version of the latest patch below.

Users in Europe can manually update their Galaxy S24 devices by accessing the Settings menu, selecting Software Update, and then tapping on Download and Install. Accordingly, the update carries a 455.26MB package.
It is recommended to have a stable internet connection and sufficient battery life before initiating the update process.

Based on Android 15 the One UI 7 is going to be the next major update and the Galaxy S24 series could be the first to try out the offerings of this software.
