Samsung started rolling out a new One UI update for Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 4, and Galaxy Z Fold 2 devices, which brings the July 2023 Android security patch. Notably, the latest firmware is currently rolling out in the US and will expand to more region users soon.
Being a regular monthly patch, it aims to provide increased security for the system, ensuring that confidential data and sensitive information remain safe and secure. In addition, the July 2023 security maintenance release also mentions fixes for over 90 exploits and vulnerabilities.
The consumer of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, Z Flip 4, and Z Fold 2 5G will be able to determine the July 2023 security patch via the One UI build version F936USQS3CWF2, F721USQS3CWF2, and F916USQS3JWF3 respectively.
To download the update visit the Settings app and tap on the Software Update menu. Here, press the Download & Install key and follow the onscreen instructions.
