Samsung is rolling out a new One UI update for the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra devices, which installs the latest August 2023 One UI security patch. However, the firmware is already available for the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy S22 lineup, and Galaxy S20 FE devices, the Fan Editon model of S21 will also collect it soon.
This update will boost the overall performance of the system and improve the safety grades for an optimized experience. It also offers improved protection against malicious threats, viruses, and other cyber-related assaults. Not only this, but the details of the firmware also mention fixes for over 70 vulnerabilities and exposures.
Accordingly, the August 2023 security patch for the Samsung Galaxy S21 devices is currently rolling out in Latin American markets and will expand to more market users soon.
