September 2020 security update starts to rollout for Huawei Enjoy 10S

Huawei is pushing a new update for Huawei Enjoy 10S that installs September 2020 security patch for a better security experience. It fixes a different level of exploits and issues which includes 3 critical and 19 high-level CVE’s.

Recently, Huawei Nova 7 SE received the same September 2020 update which brings improvements for system security and enhances the system performance.

  • Huawei Enjoy 10S AQM-AL00
  • Huawei Enjoy 10S AQM-TL00

NEW VERSION:

  • Huawei Enjoy 10S upgraded to EMUI 10.1.0.147 from EMUI 10.1.0.146

  • The update will not erase any data
  • It may take some time to reach your device
  • Maintain enough storage and battery
  • If possible, connect to WiFi

UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS:

Through Setting:

  1. Open Settings on your device
  2. Click on system & updates
  3. Click on the software update
  4. Check for updates
  5. Click on the download button
  6. Install updates
  7. After completion of the installation, the reboot option appears onscreen
  8. Reboot the device

Through Support app:

  1. Open the Support app on your device
  2. If not installed, download it from the play store
  3.  Open service tab
  4. Tap on update
  5. Check for updates
  6. Click on the download button
  7. Install updates
  8. After completion of the installation, the reboot option appears onscreen
  9. Reboot the device
