The Chinese tech giant has earlier released the improvements and fixes of the September 2023 security patch for the Xiaomi Pad 5 devices in Russia, however, the same update has now landed in Europe. Therefore, the company will also expand the reach of the patch to the remaining market users soon.
The owners of Xiaomi Pad 5 living in Europe will be able to identify the September 2023 update via the build version V14.0.7.0.TKXEUXM and it carries a 3.3GB package size.
Consequently, the update is rolling out via the OTA (over-the-air) method in Europe and it will be available for every eligible unit in the coming hours. However, the users of the corresponding model can also go with the manual installation process by following some simple steps.
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on the About Phone option.
- Click on the System and Update menu.
- Fetch for the latest MIUI version.
- Once you find the mentioned version
- Hit the Download button and Install the update.
- Also, Reboot the device after installation.
