Samsung is rolling out the September 2023 security update for the locked models of Galaxy S21 FE in the US. However, the other carrier network owners will also acquire the enhancements and fixes of the current month’s security patch in the coming days.
Going toward the details, the September 2023 update for the locked units of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has arrived with One UI build version G990USQS9EWI1 and is available on AT&T, Comcast, Cricket, DISH, Metro PCS, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Xfinity Mobile’s networks in the US.
The latest patch will enhance the reliability of the system and improve the core mechanism. It further helps to fix some glitches that may have been discovered in the system, reducing the risk of system crashes and data loss. In addition, the September 2023 security patch bulletin also mentions fixes for over 60 vulnerability exposures.
To download the latest update manually, just open the Settings of your Galaxy S21FE, now scroll down, and tap on the Software update section. Here look for the latest version and once you find it, press the Download and Install button, then reboot your phone.
