T-Mobile is rolling out a new software update to the Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra. The latest update brings the October 2020 security patch to the Galaxy S20 series.
The software version of this update is G981USQU1BTJ4, G986USQU1BTJ4, and G988USQU1BTJ4 for the Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra respectively.

T-Mobile has already released the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 beta program for the Galaxy S20 series in the US and several users are now using One UI 3.0 on their locked and unlocked devices. You can read everything about One UI 3.0 here.
If you want to check for the latest update manually, just head into the device Settings select Software update menu and tap on the Download and install option.
