A new software update is now rolling out to the unlocked Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ units in the US. The latest update brings the October 2019 security patch.
The Software version of this update is N970U1UES1ASI3 and N975U1UES1ASI3 for Note 10 and Note 10+ respectively. The size of this update is approx. 205MB.

This update doesn’t include improvements of the camera and Keyboard sound unlike the international version of the Galaxy Note 10 series.
If you want to check for the update manually, just head into the Settings > Software update.
