Samsung Galaxy S20 series users are getting a new software update with the latest security patch in the US. It is available for the unlocked and Sprint (locked) Galaxy S20 series users in the country. The update comes with the April 2020 security patch.
In the April 2020 security patch, Samsung fixed 14 critical vulnerabilities in the Android OS, along with several high and moderate-risk vulnerabilities. You can read about the complete changelog here.

Samsung recently rolled out a software update with camera improvements for the international Galaxy S20 series users. It should be available in other regions in the coming days.
