US carrier unlocked Galaxy S22 grabs May 2023 update

After rolling out in various countries including India, Europe, and America, the Korean tech giant is now dispatching the fixes and improvements of the May 2023 security update for the Samsung Galaxy S22 series owners in the US. Therefore, the company will also not let other remaining users wait for too long.

As per the information of SammyFans, the May 2023 update is been released for the carrier-locked models of the Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus, and Galaxy S22 Ultra in the US. Additionally, the patch is currently live for the T-Mobile network carriers, therefore, the other network consumers will also collect it soon.

The latest firmware mainly aims to improve the core mechanism of the system and boost the overall interpretation for an improved user experience. It further provides increased security and reliability for the device, ensuring that confidential data and sensitive information remain safe and secure.

This latest security patch also offers improved protection against dangerous threats, viruses, and other safety-related assaults and further resolves some common glitches that may have been discovered in the system, reducing the risk of system crashes and data loss, the details of the firmware also mentions fixes for over 70 exploits and vulnerabilities.

However, the update is rolling out through the OTA (over-the-air) procedure, thus it may take a little sum of time to get available for every unit in the United States. In this case, you can go with the manual check and download process through Settings > Software Update > Download & Install.
