One of the top carriers in the US, Verizon has released a new software update to its branded Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy A50, and LG Wing 5G smartphones. These devices getting new security improvements, fixes for bugs, and more.
According to the official info, Verizon has begun improving the system security of its locked Galaxy S20 FE, A50, and LG Wing 5G with the latest Android security patches released in January 2021.

The new firmware update comes with build versions: G781VSQS1CUAA, A505USQSACUA2, and F100VM10e for the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy A50, and LG Wind 5G respectively.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE / Galaxy A50:
What’s changing:
- The current software update provides the most up to date Android security patches on your device.
However, Samsung has also started providing the Android 11-based One UI 3.1 firmware update via OTA. Starting with the Galaxy Tab S7/Tab S7+, the company will soon provide this new version of One UI for its different eligible devices including the Galaxy S20 FE and A50.

To start the download:
- Start on the Home screen by tapping the Menu Key
- Tap Settings
- Tap Software updates
- Tap Download Now
