Verizon is pushing a new update for the Samsung Galaxy A54 smartphone users in the US, which brings some optimizations of One UI 5.1.1 software. Notably, the One UI 5.1.1 was specially designed for big-screen devices, but the Korean tech giant is providing other Galaxy owners an opportunity to enjoy some of its optimizations.
The One UI 5.1.1 update brings optimizations to the Contacts and Messages apps, which means you can now customize the call background for each contact by going to their contact details page. Simultaneously, users can also share an image with the Samsung Messages app easily as the conversations and contacts tabs are shown at the top for easy access.
In addition, the update also carries the August 2023 Android security patch, which will improve the security and stability of the system and address several vulnerabilities.
The consumers of Samsung Galaxy A54 can identify the One UI 5.1.1 software update alongside, the latest month’s patch via the One UI build version A546VSQU5AWGF on Verizon network in the US. You can access these enhancements through the Software Update section of your Galaxy device.
