Xiaomi 12 Lite starts getting July 2023 MIUI update

Xiaomi 12 Lite smartphones have begun receiving a new MIUI update, which brings the security patch released in July 2023. So far, the firm has seeded dozens of devices with the enhancements and fixes of the July month’s firmware, ensuring a better and more relevant experience.

Users of Xiaomi 12 Lite will be able to determine the July 2023 security update via the MIUI build version V14.0.6.0.TLITWXM and need to download a 4.7 Gigabytes package size. Additionally, the firmware is rolling out in Taiwan at the moment and will expand to more market users soon.

Being a monthly security patch, the latest firmware will also provide improved protection against harmful threats and address some common bugs and glitches found in the system. Hence, if you want an optimized performance of your phone, then upgrade it to the latest version as soon as possible.

To access the latest patch visit the Settings app, then the About Phone option, click the System Updates menu, and press the MIUI version. Now, let the system fetch a new version for you, once done, hit the Download button and Install the update.
