Xiaomi has started rolling out a new software update for Mi 10T Lite smartphones, which installs the latest MIUI 14 software with a bundle of cosmetic changes and optimizations. Therefore, this new version of MIUI is more swift and reliable as compared to MIUI 13 and it too uses less memory.
Android 12-based MIUI 14 will redefine the personalization details and bring it to a new level. The new widget formats allow more combinations, making your experience even more convenient and the big home screen folders will highlight the apps you need most and make them accessible with just a single tap.
Further, the customization in the settings menu will offer users a more convenient and better searching experience with a clean and shuttle user interface. Besides, the update’s changelog also mentions the latest May 2023 Android security patch for improved security and better system reliability.
Moving further, the MIUI 14 for Mi 10T Lite is developed with Android 12, which means the corresponding device owners will not be able to enjoy the features and optimizations of the Android 13 operating system as the phone has completed its software update support. Also, the MIUI 14 update could be its last major upgrade.
Notably, the MIUI 14 update for Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite has arrived with the build version V14.0.2.0.SJSTRXM and V14.0.1.0.SJSTWXM and it’s rolling out in Turkey and Taiwan respectively. However, the company will not take much time to expand the software for more users worldwide.
Note –
The update carries a massive installation package of around 3.2 gigabytes, hence the owners of the gadget are recommended to opt for a stable Wi-Fi connection over regular mobile data. Also, the update is released through OTA (over-the-air) method, so it may take some time to cover all the eligible units.
