Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 grips April 2023 update

Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 device is receiving the April 2023 security update with version V14.0.9.0.TLRCNXM. It also carries a giant software package that weighs up to 6.1 GB. Hence, the corresponding device owners must opt for a stable Wi-Fi connection over regular mobile data.

As per the official log, the latest firmware will enhance the security and stability of your foldable device. It further optimizes the overall performance and makes it more reliable than before. Additionally, the patch will also improve the core mechanism for better functioning.

In addition to this, the update will also resolve some common bugs and issues of your device, which were ruining the user experience, and protect the phone from harmful threats. Other than this, there are no new features or major changes is been found in the changelog.

However, the update is rolling out through OTA (over-the-air) method in China, so it may take some time to cover all the eligible units. Users are suggested to wait or perform the manual installation process through Settings > About Phone > Syste update > MIUI Version > Download & Install.
