Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 receiving new update in August 2023

Xiaomi has recently unveiled the MIX Fold 3 smartphone in China and the company is now dispatching a new MIUI update for its predecessor the MIX Fold 2 in August 2023. With this release, the company aims to optimize the overall user experience and provide an utmost protection for the system.

The update released in August 2023 will improve the core mechanism of your Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 smartphone and optimizes the lowered earphone audio volume in accordance with the new China compulsory certification standard. Simultaneously, the update is rolling out in the home ground.

Users of MIX Fold 2 will be able to identify the latest software update via the MIUI build version V14.0.12.0.TLRCNXM. It also carries a giant software package that weighs up to 7.7 Gigabytes. Hence, the corresponding device owners must opt for a stable Wi-Fi connection over regular mobile data.
