In June 2023, Xiaomi is releasing a new update for Pad 5 Pro 12.4 device, which installs the May 2023 Android security patch for improved protection and optimized user experience. It will also protect your big-screen device from harmful threats and vulnerabilities.
As of now, Xiaomi has seeded dozens of devices with the advancements of June 2023, but the consumers of the Pad 5 Pro 12.4 model are currently limited to the May month update. However, the latest patch will help to keep your devcie up to date with recent protocols and refinements.
Additionally, the firmware will also improve the reliability of the device and enhance its’s security aspects for better and uplifted performance. It further resolves some common bugs and issues which are found in the system and boosts the functioning for a better user experience.
Other than this, the changelog of the patch didn’t bring any new features or major changes. Simultaneously, the May 2023 update for Xiaomi Pad Pro 12.4 has arrived with the MIUI build version V14.0.9.0.TLZCNXM and the consumers will need to download a 5.3GB package size.
However, the update is hovering in China via the OTA medium. As a result, it will take some hours or days to approach all the eligible units. But in case you don’t want to wait for the firmware, then you can go with the manual downloading process, to do so.
