Xiaomi provides three major OS upgrades for its flagship devices, but the case is not the same with the latest Tablet lineup the Pad 6. The Chinese tech giant offers fewer software updates as compared to other brands like Samsung. But they are filled with bundles of prominent features and are purely stable.
Last week, Xiaomi unveiled the Pad 6 Max 14-inch device, as the latest addition to Pad 6 series in the home ground, which came pre-installed with Android 13-based MIUI 14 software version. Therefore, Xiaomi now revealed that the Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro will get two major upgrades including Android 14 and Android 15.
On the other side, the big screen tablets also support regular security patch updates till the year 2024, to maintain the reliability and security aspects of the system.
Xiaomi Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro both are already performing well in every aspect, meanwhile, the upcoming upgrades and security patches will make it more prominent to take the user’s experience to a new level.
However, the Android 14 Beta testing is live for Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro models, hence, the owners of Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro could also expect to obtain it soon.
