Xiaomi releasing Gallery optimizations, six new filters with MIUI 12.5 beta update

Xiaomi is currently rolling out MIUI 12.5 beta update to its eligible devices. Back in December 2020, Xiaomi released its newest version of MIUI, MIUI 12.5 at the Mi 11 launch conference. Later, the company launched this update globally. Just recently, it’s launched in India.

Now, the company has kicked off a new MIUI 12.5 beta update with version 21.05.12 in China. It comes with some new features and optimizations for Gallery.

The new update adds six new picture editor filters, such as – wind chimes, ginger tea, mango, old times, orange flavor, and charlotte as well as three sticker styles, such as – Labor Day, Mother’s Day, Sparkling Starlight.

It also optimizes the performance of the album, fix some problems, and improve the experience of using the album. For more information, you can check the full changelog of this update mentioned below.

Moreover, Redmi K30S Ultra, Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, Mi 10 Ultra, Redmi K30 Pro, Mi 10S, and Redmi K40 have been released in advance of version 21.5.12 at noon.

In order to give Mi Fan friends a relatively better experience in the beta version, the test results of Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11 Pro, Mi 11, Redmi Note 9 4G, Redmi K40 Gaming, Mi 9, and Redmi K20 Pro will be tested later.

From May 2, 2021, if there is a behavior and hope to increase the internal test score, it will greatly reduce the probability of passing the internal test.
