The Fan Edition model of Galaxy S24 is been in talks for a long, but there has been no confirmation of its existence so far. Meanwhile, a recent unveiling suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE indeed coming later this year.

As per the information of GalaxyClub, Samsung is working on a new device with an R12 codename and this is most likely the Galaxy S24 Fan Edition. The previous FE variants including Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy S21 FE, and Galaxy S23 FE are codenamed R8, R9, and R11 respectively.
Hence, it’s possible to guess that Galaxy S24 FE with R12 codename is in the works. It’s also worth noting that, the R10 codename was assigned for the Galaxy S22 FE, which got ditched. Other than this, the source didn’t reveal any further details about the upcoming FE smartphone.
But we can expect that the device will come with upgraded software and hardware capabilities compared to Galaxy S23 FE. Simultaneously, the firm can unveil the smartphone in October or Novemeber of this year.

Besides this, the South Korean tech giant is also gearing up to launch its sixth generation foldable models – Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6 alongside some more Galaxy products like Galaxy Tab S10 Series, Galaxy Watch 7 Series, Galaxy Ring, and more in July 2024.
